Willingness to consume was determined by asking participants “Please tell us how much you agree or disagree with the following statements” followed by questions stating “I am willing to consume food products from cows genetically modified to be hornless” (Self-reported) and “Most Americans are willing to consume food products from cows genetically modified to be hornless” (Average American).
